paradox?
this has been an extraordinarily ordinary day!
there is no paradox in the last sentence, as sometimes it so happens that after a series of special days(special can be special anyway, like when you go out to dine you make your day special etc. etc. cant find better examples) you find yourself staring at a day which doesn't have anything in store for you, and you are relieved for no special efforts are required.
You can have lunch and dinner without noticing what is being offered, you go online to check mails, you chat with a few friends, lie down on grass with a person you see everyday but have never had a chat with... slowly, it all melts. You find it convenient to ignore mosquitoes and wait till the sky you are staring at, becomes wallpapered onto your eyelids, so that when they close you are into illusion that they are open. As you become drowsy a familiar tune plays in the background!
This is when you know, ordinary is extra ordinary... home is not just four walls and a ceiling then, it becomes an omnipresent surrounding where nothing is unknown.. all is within you, right there..
wish you could understand! euphoria would come close to defining it, maybe..
